Sweet Sundays is back and teaming up with Cineworld, Showcase, Empire, Movie House, Scott, Savoy, IMAX, Light Cinema, Merlin, Reel and WTW cinemas to give away more FREE CINEMA TICKETS to 2D movie screenings on any Sunday, until 12 November 2017.
Collect 10 tokens for a free Sweet Sundays cinema ticket.
There are 5 tokens on each "more to share" pouch/bar, and 2 tokens on each "standard" pouch/bar.
In effect two large "more to share" pouches or blocks, or five standard pouches or blocks, will earn you a free cinema ticket.
The standard bags are almost always available at some supermarket or other for £1 each. My local cinema charges £10 per adult ticket, so by going this route instead I get half price tickets, and fat for free
Right now asda is selling the "more to share" malteaser pouches for £1.70, that's just £3.40 for an adult cinema ticket and 332g of malteasers
Tesco (Weston Favell Northampton) are doing the big bags for £1 each    Not sure if it is nationwide.

Co-op are doing the big bags for £1.50 too, of course with NUS this brings them down to £1.35 so £2.70 a ticket

In case anyone is still looking here (i.e. like me haven't got around to buying the chocs yet!) the £1.50 large pouch offer seems to have moved on from Tesco to Sainsburys (in the usual way that these "offers" move around the supermarkets).

Just received an email confirming the password reset loop has been resolved. This means all those who set up an account in the past with a password that doesn't meet the new requirements (eg not enough characters) can now update their password and use their existing account. It works now as I've just updated mine.

Picked up two share bags of crispy M&Ms, one peanut and one original. £1.50 each for the big share bags.
Only once I got home did I realise, the original bag wasn't part of the cinema promotion... :disappointed:
Still, 3 out of 4, will have enough for Dunkirk tickets very soon, and enough chocolate to feed an army, for £7.50!

No Maltesers, but Tesco have them on M&Ms and Minstrels for £1.50 a More to Share bag, making the deal gettable at £3.00
Haven't seen these in any supermarkets yet. I guess they are just starting to distribute the packs.

There were loads of the Peanut M&Ms (Yellow bags) and Crispy Chocolate M&Ms (Blue Bags) in our local Tesco but nothing else , not even in the boxes above the shelves where they place their stock as I opened every one , lol. Asda did have the Malteasers share bags though , not sure if they were £1.50 or £1.70 though.

Yesterday I tried to reset my password on the website. Ended up going round in circles. The emailed reset link took me to a web page to enter a new password and confirm it. When I clicked to submit it stated the link has expired and click to request another reset email. Round and round it went. I emailed support but no response so far.
It seems their website needs an update, or two, or three.

Due to waistline management I am respectfully going to have to decline. In spite of that I have no option but to give you heat for the heads up. Now if only I had the will power to open up the bags and throw the contents away. Sigh...........
No need for you to smuggle them in, nothing the cinema can do to stop you taking them in as long as they're not disruptive to other customers.

Asda shelf price for M&Ms Peanut Share Pack £1.70 but receipt shows £1.50 per pack.
Pack size has shrunk as only 250g.
£3 per cinema ticket is great.
Lots of chocolate peanuts to eat. I bought a couple of packs of the Lidl XXL £1.19 300g packs a few days ago.
Does anywhere sell the M&M blocks as it states they have tokens? Not seen them in stores in the UK. Bit odd the packets mention them if you cannot yet buy them here. Unless they will shortly be launching them in the UK.

Has anyone used them at Showcase cinemas before? .. it says in terms and conditions that you cannot book online with showcase and need to present voucher at box office. Very limited seats at showcase so you usually get allocated seats online when booking. Want to take son and couple friends for his birthday. Would obviously want kids sitting together so could I take vouchers in and book at the box office on a earlier day before the film on Sunday? Any help appreciated! Thanks

Make sure you pick up the promotional packs of sweets - full list available here.
