In addition to above they wont to refund either. It didn't state this on the returns note which clearly gives the option for a refund and the website refunds page doesn't state any exceptions either so beware of this company! I for one will never be ordering from them again.

Yes, which is in contravention of online selling rules governed by Consumer Contracts Regulations. This is very basic stuff which Ultimo customer services (I use the term loosely based on my experience) should be more than aware of.

I had to open a Paypal case in order to get a refund (which was found in my favour), so would recommendanyone placing orders with Ultimo in the future pay via PayPal!!

Just a word of warning should this promotion occur again in the future, after receiving three of the same bra I contacted Ultimo given the set is advertised stating 'you should not receive more than two of the same style'.

Ultimo do not abide by this, and if they do send three of the same item will not swap. You are advised by customer services to send back at your own expense in exchange for a credit note. Just to add, the three duplicate bras they sent me were basically unwearable too.

Judging by the posts on here it really does seem to be luck of the draw, so do only order if you are willing to receive only one or two functional bras.

I got no matching sets but not too bothered as I never really bother to match my underwear anyway. One of the 'briefs' I received was a bit kinky (suspenders) so won't wear those but with a mixed bag I did expect to get at least one item I wasn't keen on, just not three of the same thing. I just hope they will swap the duplicates rather than make me send the whole order back...

I got separate bras but only one matching set which is very nice and from bridal range I think. I got the same knickers twice and two of those are g-string which I never wear. Very happy with bras though.

Bit disappointed as I've just received my order and ended up with 3 of the same bra. The other two I received were lovely though. Will ring customer services tomorrow and see what they say...

Got mine today too and am also very happy. Lovely quality bras in nice designs, only 1 dud but that's because I'm not a leopard print kind of gal haha. Got 3 matching sets too, and the other pants were not matching and 2 of the same but really nice ones so no issue with that. No leopard print thong thankfully lol. All the bras were padded too which is great when you order for a small cup size.
Some had prices on, around £36 for a bra and £17 for pants. Complete bargain at the price and I like that they showed enough care to put in the matching sets.

I picked mine up from the sorting office on Saturday - really pleased. Nice selection of bras, matching knickers for 2 of them, and some nice other knickers too (1 duplicate, but really nice, so I was very happy!).

I'm impressed by the quality - will definitely look more closely at the brand in future - which I guess was the reason they did it.

My surprise bra order arrived today (placed on Friday). I am over the moon, 4 well fitting and functional everyday bra's (which I was hoping for). The last one is more of a 'boudoir' bra which is very pretty but not my cup of tea (pardon the pun), so will go to the charity shop.

Wow great find!wish we could take a pic of style or something a little more.. I can't stand bras that don't have a little bit padding in them, would be great if we could pick that option. I give heat even though I didn't buy :unicorn:
