If people know where I live they won't need this as they are welcome. The people that need this to find my house in the dark are probably the kind I would like to avoid anyway.

Good luck in the winter and north facing,I have the up down gu10 light with 1 watt leds on a timer,much better for me.

I've something very similar to this from Amazon previously.
The lights only illuminate in direct sunlight. Rather than, as one may expect, at night.

These are still overpriced at this price! The solar light panel is pretty much the equivalent of a pound shop solar light, while the number panel just seems to be a piece of plastic with stickers on, which looks very ugly!
If I had one of the light fittings, I would probably discard the plastic piece and numbers, and place the light above a decent number plaque.

£7.99 for the same (or at least very similar looking) on eBay. Might help those without Prime membership.
Sounds like a typo from the seller. Looking at the Q&A it appears it works the way it should be. Either way, it does not make sense if it was meant to be turning on at dawn.

Sounds like the LEDs are switched on at dawn, which I imagine is kinda useless.
