Awesome price, like others have said above though both of my local Tesco's don't sell Nintendo games, haven't done for about 5 years now.

This was £40 in Tesco West Bromwich too. Worth checking your local store as I can't imagine it being cheaper than this anywhere else and even on their website it's £49.99.

I wasn't going to buy this at launch but when I saw it for £40 I impulse bought

Thanks OP, I went to my Local Tesco and Splatoon wasn't among the Switch games on the shelf. I asked the woman at the counter and she was able to find it in the back.

For anyone in Stockport, I've just been in the big Tesco and they had them in the back, £40. He said they have about 20 in stock after checking but thought they didn't have them at all, he said he's turned about 10 people away today.

Kids playing it just now. No local split screen means my boys can't play together. A real disappointment.

Bought mine from Tesco Extra Bridgend (S. Wales) today. Nothing on the shelf but plenty out back. The salesperson there said 'We've sold quite a few of these today. We haven't even generated a label for the shelf yet as it only came in stock yesterday'. Poor Ninty still have a fair bit of catching up to do by the look of it. I can't imagine that happening with PS/XBOX releases..

Got it Nintendo south African eShop for 39.75.

Just go on PC, change Nintendo account region to South Africa, Go on switch and buy game with credit card, I used a Monzo card, then once it's downloading, change region on PC back to home, relogin on switch.

It's in stock at this price in the Castle Bawn store in Newtownards, I was in the other day :smile:
