Just so people know it is A7 not A7 mk.2 (£1k body only). But for most people there won't be much difference.

It was £720 with lens during Amazon prime day as I posted it, cashback brought it down to £620. However that has now gone so on to the next deal or lower price.

The included lens isn't exactly a great lens. I bought body only + 35mm F2.8 Zeiss. The decent lens with the same zoom range is c£700.

The kit lens is far better than many make out and is well worth getting over body only as it's easy to sell on for no loss if you don't like it. Chances are you will find it useful, it's weatherproof, it's light, it's perfectly sharp where it counts and is light weight. I've been trying it out this weekend and am surprised how good it is and like I said in a previous post it works particularly well on aps-c sensors as a handy 42-113mm lens

£619 with cashback, I bought one, works great with my collection of Nikkor manual lenses from a previous life. The kit zoom is surprisingly good and is even more improved when used on my Sony A5100 aps-c, cropping off the slightly soft corners.

It was a good deal if you already had a lens, otherwise this is a better deal. The lens is £270 new on eBay so £620 + £270 = £890, whereas this works out at £833, plus you get an extra years Warranty.

It was a v good deal with the lens included. Not sure how often these prime deals come up but obviously worth looking out for. Believe this is the best deal right now.
