I'd set up a Camel price alert for these some time back and they have now fallen below the £10 mark. Next best price is £9.98 at Scan though you may have to add shipping on Amazon if non-prime?
There are definitely better fans out there in terms of cooling/noise but these have the advantage of being 140mm fans which mount to 120mm holes - thereby allowing, if space, you to mount a bigger fan than your case might ordinarily allow.
Also these are slimmer than most fans and therefore may be able to fit under spaces where thicker fans might not e.g. at the base of a machine under the PSU or on the side of a case if a particularly beefy CPU cooler is used.

At max flow it's m³ vs dB(a) seems poor to me. Not that manufacturer's quite specs can be trusted nor are they really comparable, but I remember looking for 140mm fans to replace the one included with my Aerocool DS200 a while back and came up with this which might help someone:

yes it may be a 140mm on a 12omm fitting but its airflow is no better, actually worse so why not fit a normal 120mm? the only reason to fit this is that you need a slim fan... but these lies the problem, slim = poor airflow.
if you want to mount a 140mm on a 120mm and get good airflow get a Noctua NF - 1500-PWM P14r redux.
I think people will either need this product or they won't, better to vote on whether it's a good deal or not for the product and let the individual decide what's best for their use case.

True, it's done better than I thought it would tbh.
I recently fitted a few of these to my small comms cabinet and paid about £15 each. They're each powered by a modified USB to DC 12v cable. They provide an extra bit of cooling for the 3 'crazy' warm days a year we get.
Usage aside, this is a great price for a good item, on that basis, its a hot deal.
I had not said cold or hot, if you actually read my post correctly without your bias blinkers on you see what I said was that if you didn't need slim there are better choices but if you need slim all slims suffer performance drops, I left an informative post which has an alternative fan option for people who didn't necessarily require the slim profile
