Thanks so much, if I could give you 1000 degrees of heat I would. Long story but I bought a Coast Dress from John Lewis and Hermes have just delivered it by squeezing it through my tiny letter box. The packaging is all ripped and the dress is crushed.I was so annoyed then you come along with this post and I knew Debenhams sold the dress too and yep, 20% off so a £35 saving. Not all heroes wear capes xx

Thanks for this... little annoyed! But hey ho. Got two expensive dresses from Debenhams yesterday - And today they have a sale. Returning them! And buying online. Does anyone know what the return policy is (How many days) Thank you!

Typical, You have 28 days from yesterday to return for a full refund. I'd order the ones online now though in case the sizes you need sell out.
