Normally samsung will honour one claim per householder. They are not great if you buy 2 printer. I have my experience with them. Just in case letting you know.

According to the T&C's the maximum claim allowed is 10 devices, so two devices shouldn't be a problem.

Sometimes web shops "find another" the very moment you buy one - if you thought they had a couple of shipping containers of them in stock, you would reasonably ask yourself what the rush was!

Thanks for the post mate. i purchased this printer after seeing your post. when i purchased, it was £100 including shipping. but when i got the confirmation email, i realised i was charged £130. i rang the Printerland and they were very helpful. They have sent another bill for £100 and rectified the issue. the printer arrived this morning. not opened yet. thanks for the post.

31 Jul 17#38
Mine arrived. Really heavy. I think it's worth it, but no automatic duplex printing. The Ricoh posted here for £25 more had it, but opted against. Waiting game now until cashback claim can be submitted. What happens if you submit before then.
You can claim a 3 year warranty with Samsung directly also.
The printer is very heavy and massive. I think 1,000 pages will last me years so a fantastic investment for £25. Thanks for posting this, it's like having a business printer at home ROFL!

I filled it in and then scanned it and sent it via fax using HelloFax which lets you send a fax for free (I think for the first 5 faxes a month or something), you get confirmation its been sent too, thats probably the best way to send the form so you don't have to pay postage to send the form to them.

You need to actually look into it a bit otherwise your gonna make a mistake and miss out, you have to wait 30 days from invoice date until you claim the cashback, i assume to eliminate dsr returns etc but no later than 60 days to put the claim in, so no one should of already put the claim in, download the invoice they sent you from the email youll need it for the cashback claim, bookmark the Samsung promotion page and make a note of 30 days from invoice (or just do it 1st of september)

I received my 8gb USB thing today. I couldn't get the free trial of efax online fax system to work, so ended up posting my claim in. The drive is a bit odd, it's in a sort of wrap around leather effect case for your keyring. Could be fragile, so I wouldn't use it for anything important. Just about worth the 1st class stamp, imho.

I had the missing last letter of the serial number on the box and invoice. My missing last letter was 'P', i.e. the last two letters were 'CP'. This might help someone else who does not want to open the box yet, in the hope that the missing letter is always 'P'. I am going to wait for my current printer to fail before I use the new printer.
