Forgot to mention- with regard to the washing machine. I was advised by the engineer; small items need to washed inside a separate bag.
Can't wash towels with clothes that weigh less or the machine will not be able to calibrate and as such some clothes will remain wet whilst other will be spun dry?!?? So you have to separate all your wash by weight

Might be to do with balancing the spin cycle. Unevenly distributed single heavy weight items can stop a washing machine spinning properly.
Does that mean you are able to put small things in with towels, so long as they are grouped in a bag?
Have read some reports of small items getting trapped in other threads on here.

Have a Samasung washing Machine, lap top TV and phone. I will never buy a Samsung product again. They customer service is on par with Vodafone!!
I live near Manchester and they have a shop at the Trafford centre. Had a problem with a product but you can't ring the shop as they shared a number with Carphone warehouse. But now they don't have a telephone number?!?!
The only way to get any info was to drive to the Trafford centre.
I purchased a washing machine from Samsung. Had an issue and spent ages trying to explain the issue to the call centre in Philippines. No matter what I said, they read from a script and tell you to recalibrate the machine. They just do not listen.
I have sworn never to buy Samsung again

Their washing machines aren't the best LG do direct drive. They last forever and are silent

I purchased the Costco deal for the 7kg model last month with 5 year warranty for £319 delivered so this is good value as its the 8 Kg model and available to everyone. Great machine built in Samsung factory in Poland. My only criticism of the design is the fairy light flashing display in use and if you select it not to play the musical tune at the end there is no light flashing to remind you its finished. screen goes out completely. For me I run it at cheap rate Eco 7 night rate and many a morning I've forgotten its finished. My old model had a red flashing light. I have got to retrain my brain!!
