Good headphones, good price

I have these headphones and they are very good for the full price. So this is a great deal. HEAT.

Yes, had them replaced either 3 or 4 times. I've never had any problems at all in getting replacements. All they've ever asked for is a copy of the receipt. One thing that has never failed for me on the 750i's is the jack.

Once the remote button stopped working.

Before the last replacement, I always found that the remote buttons were hard to press. I think they have now changed the design as it responds a lot better and actually clicks, so you know you've pressed it. Previously you couldn't even tell if you had pressed it.

On Android the remote works for me to either pause or forward to the next track. It doesn't work to adjust the volume.

These headphones are excellent. What makes them even better is the 3 year warranty.

I have had mine close to 2.5 years now. They have been replaced 3 or 4 times now. There have been various issues which have resulted in them needing to be replaced. However, this has always been done without any hassle at all.

Whenever you get a replacement set, you get the whole box and everything that comes with it as brand new.

The sound is truly great. I would agree with the other person that said they do sound better once they have been broken in. I always leave mine to break in for a few days before using them myself.

Quite tempted to order these, whats the sound like? I have a pair of 1more triple drives, anyone know how they would compare?

My apologies it's the T10i's that I've got they look slightly different.
I find them difficult to put on because you have to loop the wire over the back of the ear and tuck the bud in your ear it just seems more awkward than conventional ear buds to me. Great headphones though, very well made and sound good.

I have had three different pairs of RHAs from the 350 to 750. Love the sound, looks and build but I've had to return two of the pairs as the left ear piece failed on each.

Amazon/RHA have always been great swapping them out so plus points for customer support.

Just something to note, the "i" models which have inline control and mics only work fully with iPhones. You can adjust volume on an Android device but that's it.

I had some MA350's which went in the bin after 18 months, stopped working. The cable rub on them was enough for me to not consider replacing them, sound was OK, but whatever they use cabling wise was a nightmare.

Are you honestly trying to say that a speaker of that size needs 'running in'

I found these uncomfortable after an hour or so, but that's probably just my ears, I wasn't that impressed with the sound either.

They did send me some free tips when I asked though and they are really well made.

the customer service is great, a mate of mine had 2-3 returned due to the faults sircoynie mentioned. and they replaced every time no issues. I just wish it was active noise cancellation

Had a couple of pairs of these. Great earphones, unfortunately initially let down with a couple of bad design choices and manufacturing issues which got fixed by RHA (customer care is top notch):


- remote was originally one piece of solid plastic, when running/exercising water/sweat would cause a short and my iPhones volume would turn up/down: They redesigned the remote with a flexible sealed plastic button which has fixed this

- the jack is glued and not threaded, after prolonged use the glue seperated and I would always pull the metal cover off the jack when unplugging (I have fixed this with super glue).

If you're not used to looping over your ear they can be a little fiddly to begin with. But it's really not an issue and popping them on and off becomes second nature.
Only other thing I'd say if you've just bought them is be aware that they start to sound at their best after approx 50+ hrs running in. Mine were (tbh) pretty nasty to start with but I just hooked them up to an I-Pod classic and left them playing solidly for about a week. The difference was night and day.
They're my favourite headphones now. Enjoy!

I've just purchased the 750i's, mainly because of the extra protection around the jack connection, which has broken on my other pair of headphones.

Good headphones, beautifully made but a pain in the arse to put on.
