I purchased what I thought was a code for £42 but after purchase I found out I paid for a £25 code. I called Amazon and explained the situation and they gave me a refund. I've just checked my bank and I've received the refund already.. I then tried the psn code for £25 and it still works. So I've got my money back and a free £25 psn voucher ☺️

Think it might be £115. I had £114.75 in my wallet after the top up. Didn't realise I had it so high and ended up buying a second £42 credit. Couldn't redeem it so had to pre-order a game I was planning on getting digital anyway which brought the total down and then redeemed the second code. lol

I've been on at them through live chat.
1st came through as it should but 2nd was waiting for verification. He told me that because I paid £25 I would get £25 for the 2nd one when it eventually comes through. So I told them to either honour the deal or cancel both. He agreed to cancel the 2nd one which didn't come through and eventually after "speaking to his leadership team" agreed they would refund the first one too. So essentially I got £42 for £0.
Bit of a snake move on my part but I'd been waiting an hour for the 2nd to come through and didn't want to get a £25 code when the site was clearly marked.
