Either, but I find it easier on the pc on the Sony account management page. The new store input code page on pc doesn't work well for me and I hate typing codes (albeit short) into the PS4. On pc I can login, copy paste, submit and done. Plus you can open up your media tab and check the expiration date has extended.

Have student account and entering the code for this comes up with "code already used" when I've not placed any order.

Spoke to customer services on live chat and no they're not offering a refund or honouring the code. They say it's not applicable to digital downloads. Makes sense except why have a ton of people been honoured it but others can't? Why have some people been refunded but others can't?

£30 is a good price but being a actual student £20 is better. Don't think the code had expired so I'm confused. Their customer service is not very good atm! Also tried the code on a actual physical game on another post here and didn't work! If anyone got it to work recently can you tell me how?
