Not sure if this is a national deal/offer but I just managed to pick up this 49" tv for £150 at one of my local Asda's and was last on the shelf.

If people think this is going to be well built and last a lifetime* and only cost £150 they need a reality check, of course it won't be as good as a mid/top of the range Sony/Samsung/Panasonic but it's probably one third the price. Blindingly obvious I'd have thought. Heat from me.

I bought 50" full HD 4 years ago at £289. Still going strong.For £150 this would do the job for a few years.

Edit: I think what i've found is the 6 series and OP has bought the 1 series (see OPs' picture) as this model has ultra HD instead of Full HD
