I got a email saying they were oos as someone posted on hukd and they sold out. I had a problem with payment so I rang them yesterday and paid over the phone 0871 number and got charged. Later on in the day after they took payment they sent a email saying they were oos. Iam sure they took payment over the phone so they are not allowed to do this surely? Why didn't they cancel the order instead of letting me phone on and paying over the phone only to cancel later on in the day?

Nope a friend did that and got banned, it's not too wise
The charging and protection circuitry are in the phone, so it's unlikely - worst case is it doesn't put out juice fast enough to keep up with the drain of playing if you have a really thirsty phone
