I have just signed up for this through the Uswitch Website as it seems a good deal for 4g Internet on a one month contract. I don't have home broadband at the moment so this will suit my data needs for the time being. I know Three are not everyone's favourite network but I hope a few others can benefit too....

Just switched to this now thanks. I was with three anyway on an advanced plan with unlimited data and texts and 600 minutes with 30GB hotspot. Upon getting through to the final guy to cancel my contract(1 month rolling) i was offered an essential plan with 30GB of data and unlimited mins and txts for £15(12 months)
I didnt take the offer but something worth thinking about if you dont mind being tied in and not needing the personal hotspot. excited

Just been looking at this offer on the Three website. I was about to take the unlimited data package out at £30 per month but noticed that Three offer something called 'Go Binge' where by you can watch Netflix, TV Player, deezer and Sound Cloud from your mobile without using any of your data allowance. Only provision is that you must have a balance remaining to access these services. Minimum package required to use 'Go Binge' is 4GB data.

⚠️⚠️WARNING STAY AWAY⚠️⚠️

I've been in France for a little over a week now as I've taken my kids on holidays to Disney land Paris.. used my phone for satnav the following day I got an alert

Is that in relation to this particular package though?

Are you on Pay as you go sim? If yes, then that's not a good idea. If you take one of their monthly or 12 months SIM only contract, you won't be paying that much. You can capped it too to never charge you more if you consume your allowance. Pay as you go on any network provider only spells disaster. You pay per "mb".

Sorry to hear of your plight but I'm sure a call to Three or popping into one of their shops and chatting with someone will allow you to see where the high charges are coming from. Three have 'Essential' and 'Advanced' plans as well as their 'Feel at Home' destinations, and added to that maybe your phone wasn't set up correctly or you may have fallen foul of their usage restrictions.....it can get very complicated at times....

When you get coverage it's great and fast, however the majority of the time even in London you get 1-2 signal bars.
I've left Three for o2 and have never looked back!

I took the £10 for existing (payg) customers Unlimited Advanced 4GB deal with Go Binge, can add- on 4GB for another £5, handy to know £19 bumps up to 30GB if needed...what is three priceplan changes rules

Seems as though it's a good deal not to change priceplan off the 4GB/Unlimited plan & £10 - £5 for another 4GB, next bundle at £5 buys 18GB so for £10 plan & £10 of add-ons you get 26GB of (tetherable) data which is excellent, spend another £5 and all you can eat data which gives another 30GB of tethering - unlimited mins, texts & handset data with 56GB of tetherable data for £25 (y)

I'm trapped with 3 since they got me unlimited data and 600 mins unlimited text and unlimited 3to3 cells also 30gb hotspot. All for £25/pm rolling although I've seen others get it cheaper they will not give it me as when i aak tbey say I use over 100Gb a month and good luck with getting that on any other network. fair enough I guess. also have a second contract exactly the same but for 9pm rolling. they never took me off that one as I never used more than a few gb.
