Looks good for same money, I would have considered that build, unfortunately I didn't look at Ryzen comparisons and didn't spot some of the bargain components you found there so i went for the easy option with no experience in building a PC and being a bit too lazy to learn.

Costs only a little bit less but there is a better upgrade path with the 600w Pau and the b350 motherboard. Win 10 was from Amazon
Nope I'm not going to waste my time helping those who will only just come out with the same tired old 'PC Partpicker' nonsense.
If you want to spend your money on this overpriced crap then by all means be my guest.

Looks good to me.. Without reading the comments. How many people have said cheaper to build it yourself... I'd say, about 1000

What motherboard is in this? Just looking for this spec of gaming pc and every time I find one it has a h110 which I've been told to avoid.

Any "prebuild" will be a H110 unless its a custom built one (like from cyberpower or whatever). It lacks sli/crossfire support, PCIe 3.0, very limited USB 3 support, no M.2, single channel memory. This will have no expansion whatsoever, overclocking wont exist if you wish to drop in a higher end chip later on, future graphics cards might see bandwidth limitations on PCIe 2.0 but as a board its perfectly fine. If you want a no frill build that just plays games reasonably this will work - just be aware the upgrades you'll be able to do on this chipset are minimal.

Absolutely not, was just getting in before the Apple brigade turn up harping on about their Linux machines.

You'd save pennies at best, and this isn't aimed at people who would actually feel confident doing that. For the price it's a pretty decent entry into PC gaming for someone.

HP are quite easily the best PC manufacturers in the world.

You have to assume in advance that people will want a claim like that substantiated, and not turn out to mean most of the parts etc.

With official windows 10? Congrats if so. I couldn't do it in parts so bought pre-built, not fussed for upgrades later. I avoided the other company mentioned as they had poor reviews

Thanks I find it all a bit of a minefield, looking for a new gaming pc for my son, was going to go for the awd-it one on here last week, but the comments about the motherboard scared me off. He's 15 and just wants to play his games and his I3 750ti is no longer good enough

5 available at the time of posting. Got it yesterday and impressed so far after the other deal from John Lewis was never delivered and then cancelled.
Similar spec seems to be £900+ with a windows 10 licence elsewhere if you want it built for you.
