These deals are by far the best available at the moment. I have 3 lines now costing a total of £45p/m all with 20gb of data and I've had £280 back on Amazon vouchers and £60 on topcashback.
I didn't go through the link for TCB for the first 2 as it advertises you don't get the voucher, tried my luck on the last one and I've had both fine. For the last SIM only I had its taken my equivalent monthly cost to £2.25 over the 12 months, for 20gb!!!

Yes, I've done it with no issues, place separate orders to keep it clean and simple. As you need to submit order reference when requesting the voucher.

You're getting lots of flack here because your message is ambiguous. Spacing changes the interpretation into two separate topics:
"Cold vote sorry. The deal you can get on topcashback at the moment for 8GB of data at £7.41p/m with 3 network is better.
Im an engineer who looks after all mobile networks in the country and EE/3 is easily the best and will be the best network for the forseable future. Even though voda/o2 are spending alot on upgrading sites at the moment."

28 Jul 17#33
If you leave BT broadband, yes the price goes to £13. If BT increase broadband/landline price mid contract and you leave because of this, then you will not lose your £5 mobile discount.
Bigfootpete
28 Jul 17#34
And who owns EE? Do BT not use the network they own?
3 are rubbish - awful signal especially in the countryside.
seaniboy
28 Jul 17#35
Nope, priority is to EE, no wifi calling on BT. BT is still a reseller of its sisters EE services - quite a joke considering. EE customer service is amazing compared to BT staff, who compare to outsourced staff training but actually are in house.
seaniboy
28 Jul 17#36
Three have the most to gain in the upcoming 5G auctions given they have the least spectrum and caps are to be put on the auctions by Ofcom. Every EE base station has a Three one aswell, just EE have a lot more spectrum it moved 900mhz from 2G to 4G

Thanks for the reply, I worked it out adding on the extra 5 after my broadband contract ends, still pretty cheap.

28 Jul 17#38
i am thinking of getting the 12gb @ £16 a month with £80 voucher and then after you get the voucher(2 months?) you can downgrade your plan to the £8 a month for the remaining contract making it work out about £2.67 a month(£16 X 2 plus £8 X 10 = £112 then - £80 voucher =£32 / 12 = £2.67) if that makes sense to anyone If you tried topcashback and got it and the voucher ,Bt would be paying you for the contract I did this 2 years ago and it worked as you are allowed to change your plan once during your 12 month
seaniboy
28 Jul 17#39
I went back to EE after getting my 6S, at home (until Three recently) I jumped between poor 3G and a little better 2G on all networks. Three actually had a better 3G signal than EE (still does) but Three 4G started getting 2/3 signal. Indoors the Voda/o2 coverage is crap, Voda wanted 12 months sim commitment to activate wifi calling
Thankfully I got the EE 4GB/Unlimited for a £5, now got Apple Music streaming included and Wifi Calling. Three 4GB/Unlimited Advanced is great too, Wifi Calling and Go Binge  Voda/Telefonica really need to up coverage and their game in built up Scotland, they may have good rural coverage but that isn't the cheapest to provide when losing mass urban customers to subsidise.
Ofcom should just make them allow free roaming or join the 4 companies 2 backhaul companies and make them compete on price, it 2010+ coverage and access to wifi calling should be standard just like a minimum broadband speed.

I am not saying the network is rubbish. They use the same network. The deal is cheaper with more date with 3 network.
EE/3 come under MBNL. They share sites.
Besides, they must be doing something right as the emergency services will not be using airwave for comms but instead EE(where 3 sites are also)

I signed up to a £9 deal with a £45 voucher a couple of weeks ago. I just rang their customer service number and the lady was very helpful which made a nice surprise. They gave me a £5 credit on account to make up for the voucher difference, reduced my bills to £8 a month and gave me an extra 1gb each month for free. Bit shocked really,i'm used to poor customer service, made a suprising change.
Anyway point is no extra credit check needed and well worth giving them a call.

Works for me, tapped the get deal button, taken to a page of sim-only plans, scrolled down to "The Essential Plan" and it says "limited time offer, get £3/mth discount on our 3GB plans".
Price showed as £13/mth until I tapped the link at the top of the page to say I'm a broadband customer, then it changed to £8/mth.

I've a couple of questions if anyone can help?
1: I'd like to start a contract at the beginning of the month and for simplicity I was just going to wait until the 1st of August to sign up. Anyone know when the amazon voucher and £3/mth discount offers expire?
2: I'd like to buy two of these sims, one for me and one for my son. The BT family sim doesn't offer savings for two sim cards in this case. Does anyone know if I can just sign up twice, and get an Amazon card each time?
Thanks
tammyy
29 Jul 17#60
HI, In the past I have applied twice and I did get two lots of amazon voucher worth £200 ,and I even cancelled one of them and they still sent me the amazon gift card so in your case yes try and get it two one by one then you will get two lots of gift card
tammyy
29 Jul 17#61
Guys its so simple ..... Just select the £13 deal and before you get to the check out they will aske you if you are a bt broadband customer and tic yes then £5 will be deducted ,,,,, which will bring the final amount to £8
fredoaf
30 Jul 17#62
yeah I get that... I'm not an idiot! I click choose this product, and then enter my email and sign in, then select my broadband account and then I'm taken to a page saying product selection and there are multiple deals on there for varying GB amounts but none for £16.. regardless of the offer I chose in the first place
fredoaf
30 Jul 17#63
My issue was with placing the 2x sims for £16 - this seems to fail. I bought one sim for £8, and then tried to add another sim as a family sim and again this failed. So i've ordered two separate sims each for £8, which is the same thing..

Same here. Fingers crossed for the £20 to come through - hope there were no t&c's stopping the cashback.
You have to wait 2 weeks to claim the reward and must be done within 3 months. If you port a new number to this contract does anyone know what telephone number you use to claim the reward eg your original new contract number or the ported number?

What shall I do? Follow the link and get £50 Amazon vouchers or try Quidco for £35 cashback then try and claim the Amazon voucher? I know, I'm being greedy. :sunglasses:
winchman
31 Jul 17#72
I would get a screenshot of the offer showing the £35, and then put a claim in to quidco saying it has not tracked at the right amount. Often with these deals they will track at a lower amount then it will be adjusted by them later. But just in case this does not happen its worth the screenshot and claim, that way they can't claim it was only £20.

I'm interested in the 4gb2 x sim £24 month family sim (£50 gift card) Does anyone have any insight (based on previous BT Mobile offers) if this Amazon voucher deal is likely to be extended beyond Thursday or repeated this month? Have 30 day PAC so may order 1 now and add second sim end of month.
I can see the Amazon voucher deal is frequent but the data allowances have been steadily increasing - thoughts anyone?

The link works for me. Did the BT live chat. If you follow the link you get offered 3GB for £8 / £13 (BT BB/ Non BT). A good deal. If you go to BT direct you will get 4GB but it will cost £11/ £16 per month. The plan you'll be on is the Essential Plan.
