Hotels.com have just been added as a Clubcard boost partner. You can exchange Clubcard points in multiples of £5, so every £5 is £15 to spend any hotel or hostel on hotels.com. I would think you still get TCB or Quidco too but you don't earn reward nights.
There has has been some controversy over the offer as there was a list of supposed exclusions from the offer which included brands like Hilton but now this is confirmed not the cAse, as long as the hotel is "pay upfront" I.e. Pay the full cost as soon as you book, it is ok.
The only slight catch is taxes and fees aren't included, so for instance if you book a £40 hotel in the u.k., about £7 of that is VAT (shown clearly on the site) so you could use £30 of Clubcard vouchers and pay the other £10.
I'm just booking a hotel Atlas Almohades Agadir in Agadir for December All inclusive with Hotels.com is £140 per night 3 other websites on Trivago are £55 per night

T&Cs suggest you have to use the link on the vouchers (received in an email) so can't see how you can get TCB/Quidco cashback. Also as you're using a voucher code Hotels.com won't give you reward nights either as the OP stated.
Good otherwise. I use the site regularly and don't find that they're always overpriced, especially if you take cashback and reward nights into account.

Can you pay on Hotel.com with clubcard point in your account or do you have to request some kind of voucher from Tesco first?

Very true, and usually quite a bit as well, so, in actual fact your hard earned clubcard points are being thrown down the drain.....
