You don't actually download a coupon from NCG : their site emails a link to you which you then follow to install the Valassis coupon printer that then generates the personalised coupon on your printer. Before you print, make sure that the printer you are using is set as default on your pc otherwise you will get a warning message The Valassis software uninstalls itself after a few days
TWO vouchers per e-mail address

I'm using W10 and haven't had any problem with printing 12 coupons from the same computer/printer
Perhaps any other hukd member who has experienced your problem could post here?

Didn't work for me........ Had to use 3 computers for 6 vouchers and lost 2 due to the software claiming it was printed (Win 10).

I've just downloaded and printed off 12 vouchers (6 email addresses x2) from the same computer
It has always worked with the New Covent Garden Soup Vouchers - TWO voucher per e-mail address
The only problem is (Morrisons particularly) - there's not a large choice of varieties after 11am because of all the customers purchasing free soup for the freezing and stocking up for the Winter

Just downloaded my first two vouchers from this promotion
It's still TWO vouchers per e-mail address (No IP checks)
This time the vouchers are valid 'till September 30th
