Based on the internationally bestselling novel series by Dmitry Glukhovsky
In 2013 the world was devastated by an apocalyptic event, annihilating almost all mankind and turning the Earth's surface into a poisonous wasteland. A handful of survivors took refuge in the depths of the Moscow underground, and human civilization entered a new Dark Age. The year is 2033. An entire generation has been born and raised underground, and their besieged Metro Station-Cities struggle for survival, with each other, and the mutant horrors that await outside. You are Artyom, born in the last days before the fire, but raised underground. Having never ventured beyond the city limits, one fateful event sparks a desperate mission to the heart of the Metro system, to warn the remnants of mankind of a terrible impending threat. But will they even listen? Rather than stand united, the factions of the Metro are locked in a struggle for the ultimate power, a doomsday device from the military vaults of D6. A civil war is stirring that could wipe humanity from the face of the earth forever.
Metro Redux is the ultimate double game collection, including the definitive versions of both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light, each rebuilt in the latest and greatest iteration of the 4A Engine for Next Gen. Newcomers to the series will get the chance to experience two of the finest story-driven shooters of all time in one vast package; an epic adventure combining gripping survival horror, exploration and tactical combat and stealth.
Fans of the original games will find the unique world of Metro transformed with incredible new lighting, physics and dynamic weather effects, as well as a host of gameplay improvements and new features. All the enhancements from the acclaimed sequel ‘Metro: Last Light’ have been transferred to Metro 2033 Redux – superior AI, controls, animation, weapon handling and many more. And both campaigns benefit from all-new melee animations, the ability to check your watch and ammo supplies on the fly, and new full-body player animations. Those who favoured the more survival-horror oriented gameplay of ‘Metro 2033’ can play both campaigns in the ‘Survival’ Play-Style, a fraught, slow burn fight for survival. Those who enjoyed the more action-oriented gameplay of ‘Metro: Last Light’ can try the ‘Spartan’ Play-Style, providing Artyom with a powerful set of combat skills. With the legendary Ranger Mode included to offer an extra layer of challenge and immersion, and all previous released DLC, Metro Redux offers 50+ hours of AAA FPS gameplay for an incredible price.

Can some one please explain to me why are they voting cold? I posted the Last light @ £2.97 and it has over 500 heat. This includes both game for a £2 extra and is being down voted. Any other reason than people might be bored today?

Get over it pal. Sometimes it's hard as people start down voting for no reason :disappointed:

People are fickle, a few people down vote and others will just follow suit. It's a great deal for these amazing games. Heat

mixmixi,
I know exactly where you're coming from. Sometimes the way voting goes makes zero logical sense. I don't know if its because people vote hot on something because they like it, rather than whether or not its a good deal or vote cold because they don't like it (even if its a good deal)!
Hot or cold you've taken the time to post and for that you should be applauded. And if you continue to post regardless of the "score" then more power to you. Hopefully if you can show that it doesn't bother you it will provide a safety net for more people to post.
I've said before that I don't like the ease with which someone can vote hold or cold at the touch of a button without giving reasons or even having to go to the main post. Maybe a reason for people voting cold was that it was £4.25 @ gamersgate a few months back (which I missed out on - damn it).
If it helps I'm pretty sure I've voted hot on a number of your posts.

I understand what you are saying but even if 1 person finds the deal worthwhile then you should be happy regardless of how the deal does heat wise , I think people might see you asking in the comments and see that as you moaning or that you care to much and cold vote just to troll/annoy you, I honestly wouldn't take it to heart or worry about it , probably just people trolling as it's a genuinely good deal

I spend time putting a deal together. Is it too much to expect the reason for cold votes sometimes? It honestly has nothing to do with anything but I do research before posting a deal and I remain curious after I post it. Seriously, that's not something big. It's just part of my personality to ask...

@mixmixi you seem a little uptight over why people are voting cold , who cares? People don't have to explain why they voted how they did , if someone did find it cheaper they would most likely post on here or post a deal for themselves, seems you care to much about how hot or not your threads get
FYI I voted hot as it's a good price for 2 really good games but hey that's just my opinion

There's nothing wrong with asking for reasons. Normally a deal is being downvoted if a cheaper deal is available, I just wanted to make sure that's not the case. Thanks for the input thou.

internets being internets i`d wager. is there any negative effect on a user with a deal being downvoted ? other than the annoyance of course.

Their pride? People seem to be very uptight about how hot or not their deal gets , if it goes cold then the majority of people won't see it, no point getting upset about it

As far as nothing is wrong with my deal and that's them, I don't mind.
