After spending £60 on a reduced pair of Nike Airmax 95 I am totally disappointed. They look like cheap plastic and after day one gave me a heel blister.

Fantastic price and a pity there's none in my size. I run 1500/2000 miles every year including 100 mile ultras plus and NB have never let me down and they just work for me

For all those unsure I have terrible knee issues and swear by New Balance as the best trainers full stop... I'd recommend getting a fee models up frome these for heavy use but these are great for 20 odd quid.

New Balance trainers are the best, worn them for years, on my current favourite pair the sole has just about worn away but I wont give them up. Walking round tesco the foam touches the floor and I build up a static charge, I am ELECTRIC MAN

I picked up a pair of the 408's in tkmaxx at the weekend for £24 (yellow sticker reduced no damage) I only picked them up because they were cheap to wear while walking the dog but I'm really impressed! Warning though.. the fabric weave mesh over the knuckle of the foot sucks air into the trainer when you walk which can make your feet feel cold.. for me that's a god send but definitely worth mentioning for those that want warm feet :smile:
I will be buying more in future..
