Tough looking shoes. Active Air soles, which are very good. Should be a comfortable shoe, good for walking. The version in Black is still listed in the sale at ~£55. I just ordered size 9.5. I was surprised to see these down to this price, with so many sizes still available...

Yeah, did know about the free delivery to store but our nearest store is more than £3 of fuel away so I opted for the delivery - thanks anyway!

I'm not mad about the style, but the pragmatist in me thinks they'll be perfect for work and they look like they'll last.

These are a nice smart pair Prangley Walk at only £23. Size 8 only though.

I've got a similar pair, but in black. They are soft, very comfortable shoes, and there is plenty room up front if you have wider feet.
If you look at the soles, those circles cover big holes in the sole, which are supposed to help circulate air I think. The only problem is, the circles are made of quite thin rubber, so when they wear out you will be left with gaping holes in the sole.
So- very comfy shoes, but not for splashing in puddles once the sole wears down!

I had a pair with the same Active-Air soles a few years ago. I ended up using then as `work shoes` while landscaping a garden (laying paving, gravel, building a deck etc). I got basically 2 years out of abusing them that way. They are still wearable, but now cosmetically battered and as you say holes developed in the sole air-pumps. To avoid punctures, you don`t want to be walking on sharp rocky terrain. If you do get a hole in one of the pumps, you can always inject some silicone which will help keep the water out. So yes I agree, it is a potential downside, but most people should get decent wear out of the soles and the air-pumps do contribute to comfort...

Hey OP,
Have some heat, I bought the burgundy ones some years ago and they're still going strong, so decided to go for the mahogany!
