Majestic ice creams - Magnum clones - £1 for 4 @ Iceland
Couldn't believe that Magnums are near on £2 each in convenience stores!!
These have gone downhill recently especially compared to Lidl own brand but still, they are 25p each....
Lidl own brand are better than Magnums and often on offer... xx

I could mention that Magnums were a treat for adults like me and when I was a kid I was quite grateful for what I got - but I'm not a kid anymore and wasn't spoilt so don't have any reference.
I was more than happy with a Mr Freeze when I was a child or a choc ice and considered myself lucky.
Perhaps there's a correlation as to why kids are such entitled brats nowadays.
Just sayin!

Agreed, lidl ones are gorgeous and better than Magnums, Iceland are ok but the ice cream is slightly powdery tasting but for £1 for 4 you can't complain. Don't know how Magnum are still in business to be honest!

Oh, no you can't beat a Magnum, but, I must say that LIDL's are a fabulous alternative!! Especially the Almond ones, closely followed by the White ones.
(Just MY Opinion)

I have 2 packs of four Magnums in the freezer. So they are sold in 4's and only £1.75 in asda.

Majestic are just a cheap choc-ice on a stick so 25p each is about right.
Don't compare these to magnums, chocolate is a lot thinner and tastes cheaper although they're great value for money. You will never beat an Almond Magnum though!

Yes they definitely aren't as good as Magnums or the Lidl ones which we actually prefer to Magnums!
These have drastically gone down hill - well the Belgian milk chocolate ones have since we last bought a few months back. They used to be a very good alternative but they do taste cheap now, shame. Go to Lidl and get there's!!

If you had posted any comparable deals then I guess your opinion may be worth something...

Cloning Magnums? Does anyone have the technology to do this yet? That is science fiction surely.

Eh - that isn't a sentence in the English language.
Which is untrue because you have. Complete nonsense but still, you did feel the need to comment, whether or not it was actually in English..... you just HAD to say something... ANYTHING haha!!
I have more respect for people that can put their complaints or opinions in a sentence that makes sense.....
I think that libraries offer basic English reading and writing courses for free - maybe you could try one out?

never tried Lidl's version, the iceland version reminds me of a magnum shaped choc ice, like I said though, the almond magnums are the best, just overpriced unless they're on sale

Was actually meant to say 'okay THEN Mr. Right', edit wouldn't go through, error on my part. Also that was not a complaint or an opinion, just a sarcastic remark towards your ignorance. Now if you actually had a few brain cells you could have worked that one out.
What is untrue? I've made about 50 comments since I joined which was about 2 years ago. Making claims again without even being sure lol.
'I have more respect for people that can put their complaints or opinions in a sentence that can make sense'
Cos everyone here is yearning for your respect, right?
You are soo butthurt, maybe some magnum 'clones' would make you feel better? LOOOL

As if, there's not enough trouble in this damn World!!
You two, have to lower the tone & bicker on here like 2 immature teenagers!! People like myself, come on here for some great deals, information & sometimes a bit of fun bantering!! Not, to read you two getting at one another over nothing & trying to score points against each other!!
It's not needed. If you want to settle your disagreements then please do so elsewhere. All over some Ice lollies.
Only my opinion!! Thanks for taking the time to read this, IF YOU DID!! X

Voted cold because if I had a pound for every time someone said Lidl or Aldi own brand taste better, I would not have to shop there.
Tip: avoid Lidl version of Oats So Simple. Especially apple and blueberry.
