Not working for me either. I go right through to the final stage of checkout but things stay at full price.

I've facebook messaged them but don't suppose they'll reply quickly.

It doesn't give you sale prices on the items. Just add the items to your basket and you'll notice 50% off when you check out.

It's staying at full price at checkout, even when I remove the existing sparks offers discount

HI, Just managed to do it through Internet explorer rather than Google Chrome. One thing sold out but ordered the rest. Hope this solves the problem for others.

Works fine for me, as long as you go through the email as it's not all items, everything has a 50% reduction at checkout.

How come it's now 20000 points- my sparks account says sale priority access unlocked but I haven't got 20000 and haven't had an email this time!

It should stop your order if you don't have enough sparks points ... Can anyone go to it..Or is the link just for the people who have a sparks account?

It doesn't reduce the price in checkout if you don't have enough points! Think if you've already unlocked priority access at a lower number of points that should be honoured even if they have now increased the boundary!!!!

Won't work for me, got to the checkout, all prices reduced as per sale price, but my card keeps on being declined, so I tried a different card-and different bank, same issue. Tried my bank to see if there was an issue but everything is fine, no holds or problems with my card.
Oh well, if M&S don't want my money, I'm sure Primark will take it instead...

Very true. M&S have an unerring ability to hack off their customers, which, bearing in mind that they tend to charge around 3 times the Primark price for items of not much better quality, isn't a great attribute. And they wonder why they struggle with clothing sales! It'll be food only before too long, and after that it will quietly sink.

Everything I wanted in showing as in stock, some of it not even in limited quantities but when I choose my delivery date, it empties the basket and says it's all out of stock (even though when I go back, it still says stock available...)

Worked for me and I've only 6000 sparks. I logged into my m&s sparks account via the website (app didn't work) and it had a link to the priority sale. It adds everything full price but then deducted 50% off at the total. Fantastic

Actually, I've noticed several people answer when it will be available in-store - I wanted to know online (as, you may be aware, that some online sales go live at different times from in-store sales).

I may have missed that though - so maybe you could point me to the comment that answers that question?

Same here, things on preview yesterday sold out, today in stock and full price. Our local store setting up yesterday for sale start today. Can't yet through on phone to query

I spoke to M&S, they have technical issues on the site which is why the SALE doesn't work at the moment for general public, but it shoull be rectified in the next couple of hours, so fingers crossed :smile:
