I work at asda and just purchased one of these. I'm not sure whether the price is network specific .

Yes good idea, let's discourage people from posting deals and contributing to the site because you might not get one yourself.

I feel for you Wayne, I don't think this site is rewarding you to the standard you deserve.
You joined here almost two years ago, and in that time have managed to share 0 deals, and even took the time out to post a whopping 18 comments (17 plus this gem).
Can everyone who works at a supermarket earning minimum wage stop being so greedy, and let Wayne have all of the things you find. Perhaps you could assist him further by allowing him to benefit from your staff discounts too, God knows the guy deserves it.

I'm glad that if you worked somewhere that had a deal you wanted, you would leave it for others because of your altruistic nature

great deal of you can get one ! had a look on their ASDA mobile section and tells you nothing about any of their handsets , only going on about their Sims and stating that "4g is finally here !"

They were pon clearance a few months ago at £15 I think, there may be a few left in the UK but its going to be sporadic. Asda price reducitons are often store specific.
That said the OP should be thanked for telling others, there may be stock there, they may not. At least they said, its far better to do that that wht a number of people seem to do and that go clear out a store of stock to flog on ebay.

I got suspended when I posted a deal for a company I used to work for. Similar to this post. Because it is promoting the company I was informed. Good for the Op that they have not been suspended Great deal if you can get it.

Actually, in the old old days members used to appreciate these type of posts. The basement-dwellers posting geese images because they preferred the instant gratification of getting 5% off online to getting off their backsides for real deals came later.

dont mind so much but good to see evidence of purchase prior to voting, this is a strange place as others have posted similar deals and are slated and usually plummet to way below sub zero.

Actually Rubisco, I completed my PhD in retail psychology and as part of this research I determined that there was a 76% correlation between geese deals (i.e instore deals ostensibly confined to one store) being voted hot and those who play the lottery. But only a 21% correlation against those who don't.
Now if you think playing the lottery is a useful way to spend £2 I rest my case... My personal opinion is that the "basement dweller" attitude makes far more sense from a risk(effort)/reward perspective.

Tell that to my Asda haul this past few weeks. £239 4k TV, a bunch of £17 hard drives, £5 blu ray player, over £100 worth of Lego at 75% off, a pile of games at less than half their trade-in value, headphones, razors, flash drives, stationery...
For the effort of 3 minutes extra on my bike going there instead of Morrisons.
