Didn't know about IP44, thanks though. A pair of them are going on the wall in an outhouse with a canopy sticking out so not too much rain on it. Question please if anyone can help. I got the two live wires sticking out of the wall connected to a single switch. But since both of these lights have PIRs, can i close one of the domes so the switch can work from a single PIR? O under they would need to be wired together somehow. Sorry for the lowly question in advance! Thanks.

No, its not possible. The only way you could do that would be to install non PIR lights controlled by a separate PIR. It would be a more expensive option and would require more wiring.

Just picked up the silver ones. Is there a coating I could brush or spray on to prevent rust? (Non diy expert here!)
