I was looking around and stumbled on this, which looks extraordinary value when compared to what they are currently selling at. Could it be the colour white that is putting people off buying this and so the discount in price to get rid of it?
I bought a kitsound hive bluetooth speaker from Robert Dyas recently and it is really good. Small and compact. Charge lasts a while and the bass is surprisingly good for a small speaker. I bought it from a sale thread flagged up on HUKD but this one also looks very good.
Description:-
Massive Sound 40 mm active drivers and an immense digital amplifier create 12 Watts of sound that manages to deliver warm rich bass notes alongside a controlled midrange and a delicate treble. That means you can surround yourself with quality sound that shouldn’t really come from such a small speaker.
Solid Design We’ve all knocked something that we’ve loved, and been devastated when it has broken – but the Hive 2 has a sturdy design that can happily live through a bump or two. You’ll want to enjoy your Hive 2 for hours and hours, which is why we crafted 12 hours of continuous play time.
Other Features Smart devices with Bluetooth can easily connect to the Hive 2, and the majority of mobile phones, tablets, MP3 players, and computers can access its wonderful sound through the line-in connection. Receive a call that interrupts your tunes? Don’t worry: the Hive 2 has call handling, so you can talk hands free and then return to your music.
The KitSound Hive 2 As the technological revolution continues, expectations are steadily increasing – something we at KitSound like to embrace. We believe that just because you’re listening to your music on a small speaker, it shouldn’t mean you have to compromise on sound.
