My eldest got these last July, somehow the sound would only come out of one ear piece after a few months useage, suspected it was the 3.5mm jack wires inside the braided cord were a little loose/worn, but no obvious signs. called Kingston who sent out a replacement FOC within a week. decent customer service from them and a cracking headset aswell.

These are a great sounding pair of headphones for £50, also being a headset is icing on the cake. Heat from me.

got mine over a year go still going strong no faults. had similar headsets (all around the 74.99 rrp) these BY FAR the most fault free, quality, life lasting headset I owned.
originally used on ps4 now using on my pc they are brilliant I might buy a second pair at 49.99

not up for deliv anymore. does anyone have any experience with currys' 2 year warranty? say i have sound in one ear after a year, will i have to contact knowhow or what?
I know we can't time travel yet, but if you're like me, and only considering these because they're kinda cheap, just know they have been cheaper.

I've had the original for a couple years now great headsets easily the best gaming headsets. This is a great deal but the Cloud revolver Pro which is the step up from this has been £60 a couple times so i'm going to wait for that again.

HYPERX Cloud II Pro ? There is nothing about HYPERX Cloud II Pro on manufacturing website except the normal cloud 2. how is this different?

I don't think there is a difference.

I managed to bag these for £35 in the Smyths deal. Blown away by the quality for the price. Surround works brilliantly and gives a clear advantage in games like PUBG. Even for £50 they are well worth the price. Heat.

As a heads up for anyone considering these, the max volume on the mic is quite quiet according to my friends I game with when I'm speaking and yes I turn it all the way up. This is a known issue with the cloud ii. That said, I'd buy one again as they're phenomenal headphones

Got one this morning. Worth it. Big improvement over my previous Creative Draco HS850. But Max volume quieter.

I use these as my main headphones. Really good quality.
Picked up a second pair when they were 36. Still sealed in the box for now.
