I thought £7.45 / £7.95 for an Adult main & the Kids bundle was a cheap meal out - as cheap or cheaper than a McDonalds & nicer imo

The price you have stated dose not include the 20% surcharge they put on your bill at the end as a tip for the server. I got bitten once never again

They don't add on 20% in my experience - that said, never again, food is like rubber.

yes, as long as the adult meal is from their mains menu.
We went to the one in Taplow on Saturday, and service was incredibly slow and it was only a quarter full so not sure why it was taking so long. It was really hard to keep the kids occupied for 45 mins especially when hungry. that said their kids menu range is very good

I agree never unknowingly added a tip.. im sure there is an option on payment machine asking if you would like to tip and you type in how much. The kids menu is fab, hope this can be used in conjunction with lunch options (ie calzone for less than £7 rather than paying full or else it wouldnt be worth it anyway!) My son loves the atmosphere at f&bs so we go reguarly but always take an activity book or ipad with us aa think the slow service is across the board.. likely a ploy to buy more drinks!!
