Let us know about the experience you encountered in store and once you’ve registered your details we will email you with a date (21 days in advance) to revisit the store and claim your FREE pillow.*
Please provide us with a valid telephone number, so that the store can call you once your pillow has arrived.
You will be asked to provide proof of ID and residency (either in the form of a utility bill or a photocard driving licence) in order to claim your pillow when revisiting the store. Went to the John Lewis store in Croydon today, they had no idea what it was. Showed them the website and came back with a stack of leaflets from the back office. Let's see how long it takes for the pillow to arrive.

I just went to their store in Stratford. I watched a 7-minute long video, then was handed an iPad to add my contact details, and was handed a pillow immediately to take away with me. Very quick and easy; it took only 10 minutes of my time.

I was never able to physically collect one from the Store at the time though? (as previous people over the x-years have also sugguested?).
My one was via the more long winded route of entering the code online, then they in-turn posting out the Tempur pillow to me, etc?.
How, and/or where other's were able to actually physically 'collect' there round's of Tempur pillow's and the like, etc etc, is anyone's guess? (any sugguestions ... ) lol.

The new requirement to go in-store and provide ID suggests there was quite a bit of abuse last time! Last year, if I recall, you went in-store; tried out a bed; got a leaflet with a unique code on; visited website, inputed the code and address; pillow arrives!
They are excellent pillows though. I also use one of the full-sized ones as my main pillow - would recommend!

I did this last year but my pillow never arrived. Emailed customer services and never even got an acknowledgement, so going to a store might guarantee receipt!

I have a few of these now and although I wouldn't pay £65, they are excellent as we do a lot of overnight travelling and camping.
