I come cross this pliers set when I need a new one for my tool box because I lost my set at work. a quick check on camelcamelcamel shows this price is the lowest price. hopefully this will help someone.

sorry I have prime that is why I got it cheap. it's not really cheap for someone who doesn't have prime.

I ordered them cancelled shortly after. Heat for the price still. The vde ones will protect if u cut the wrong cable (power). I can vouch for how good the vde ones really are they was a fantastic set of side cutters and I used them to cut pretty much anything and they was always sharp then I left em at a job 2 hours away and was gutted. I tried to buy more couldn't find em. Saw these tried the others again and can buy the vde ones so will invest in them again

These aint' good. They flex a lot, so when you most need them they're useless. Replaced mine with a mix of Bahco and FatMax branded ones. Much more rigid.

Agree entirely with willllllllll, I bought a bunch of Irwin stuff from Amazon during sales the only things I bought that I would recommend were their 22" hand saws and tenon saws, their hacksaws, pliers, clamps and drill bits are either not worth the money or not fit for purpose.
