2. It says you can store multiple full cards until you wish to use in FAQs.
3. 18 months

Questions that I think have not been answered or clarified to me are:

1. How many stamps would you get if you brought in your own flask and used the app?
2. Would the app allow multiple drinks to be "stored" until used or do we have to use the free drink before it registers new stamps?
3. Is there an expiry date?
4. If you uninstall the app and reinstall will the stamps still be there? What if you change phones?

If you scan the Nero app to get a stamp or stamps, then use the virgin red buy one get one free code it's been doubling the stamps!! Good luck

This app is proper good. I tested the app on Tuesday with the O2 voucher and surprisingly I got a fully stamped card after scanning it with 2 visits. So essentially I used 2 O2 codes and now I've got a free drink... So far so good :raised_hand:

Just reinstalled the app but not sure if I got the free stamps or not, as I've got 3 x red stamps, after buying 3 drinks today, and 5 x gold stamps, are the gold stamps free ones or just showing I still need to collect them to get my free drink? #confused

Hold on a minute here, you get loyalty stamps with free drinks? I've been using the O2 deal every week for about as long as it's been going and nobody has ever offered to stamp. Always the same branch though.

Ye, I arrived at the party late too, only been getting them this past few months. I've heard that sometimes the staff can be awkward, saying it's a free drink, but the o2 scan IS your payment.

I was up to about 10 fully stamped in the app. Virgin Red BOGOF, bring your own mugs, and you (should) get four stamps each time (although you can't use Virgin Red with the O2 offer).

Agree, plus the card ones are, by their nature, transferable. Not in a bad way, it means I can give to one or other of my kids if they're heading out with their friends.

I don't think it will for a long time as the paper cards are so well established, there will be lots in people's possession. It will be a long changeover period

They are wrong. As you have to scan the Nero App when you have ordered and before you pay then how do they even know if you are going to use an O2 code ??

They can be awarded, it says within the app, just show them :smile:

Also if you use the virgin BOGOF you get two stamps, even though you are only paying for one. So effectively halves the number of stamps you need to collect.

This is my plan for when I get my 4 free coffees on Tues with O2.
