Yes buy generic if buying ahead of time however consider your situation this is not a bad price. IF you have young adults/children or really anyone who doesn't want to swallow a tablet. especially during the use case of these you may very well have been throwing up too! These basically just melt in your mouth. I bought these for like £7 local pharmacy when I was not prepared, hadn't realised I had none left at home! (non branded)

this is different because you don't need water and it melts in your mouth and quick relief. Good to keep one in your wallet just in case. This stops the runny poo in it's tracks.
