Have to say I've been a customer for a while. I've had no issues with CS and on the rare occasions I've needed them the phone has been answered promptly and the person was able to help me. I believe they weren't so good in the early days but I would encourage people to give them another try - it's only a 30 day rolling contract so what have you got to lose?
Signal / speeds are good in the areas I need to use it in but, as always, check before you buy (I used the tool on the Three website along with a third party site).
What I would say is to phone and haggle. I've just phoned them asking to up my data. I was happy to pay more but they actually did it for the same price.
I now have 1000 mins, 5000 texts and 6Gb data with rollover for £10pm 30 day rolling contract. I asked them if there was a fair use cap for me when roaming in Europe - "no". Happy days .

Sure. It's on Trustpilot, you can read the whole sorry, laughable affair there. One of the most recent of the many, many terrible reviews.

iD Mobile have the worst CS I have ever encountered. Please avoid, there are way better MVNOs out there, even if the deal does look good on the surface.

Hi fiqqer, this doesn't seem right. Normally when you are approaching your data limit you will be sent a text message to advise of this, you will receive another text message when you have reached your limit and both of these messages include information on how to purchase a data add-on.
We would be more than happy to assist if you have had problems with your billing, just drop us a message over on Facebook or Twitter and this will be fully investigated.

No. They’re a totally different company. Why would they? Three provide the network only. They don’t run iD.

When you look at trustpilot they all seem bad i haven't used iD myself but everyone moans about plusnet but i've personally never had a problem with them! I think if it all goes smoothly then great but if not then yoy are in for a bumby ride with all operators! Once is done and you ate transfered there is no reason to call customer services.

If you really want proper one month rolling contact Giff Gaff, it wont automatically roll over, unless you want it to and you don't have to give any notice. You can end it there and then - also you get the exact package you require exactly when you want it, not the take it or we rip you off approach that ID mobile use.

dont try and tell people to go with GG they have the worst speeds on 4G of any company, 2Mb, 2 no more, other companies 3G gets 16 +. GG MD tells you they are making a fortune, all at the expense of poor customers.

Used to be with them, price was decent and customer service was good but the signal in South Wales is absolutely s**t.
If you reach your data limit they will ensure you go 10mb over. Then stop the account, then deduct over £130 straight from your bank account without warning. When you contact them to cancel your account they will demand you pay for an additional month and send bailiffs to recover it. Do you want any more information?
They are incompetent and, take no responsibility for anything.
They are fine if you don't go over your data limit but their offerings ar inflexible.
I had an initial what appeared to be a good package, but when my data run out before the month they would not allow me to renew - they only offered additional small data at an extortionate rate. Tried once - never, ever, ever again.

I'm currently with them on the £5 1gb deal. Only had one problem when they billed me for extra calls I hadn't made and they dealt with it pretty quickly. So in my experience they've been good.
Anyone know if there's a way for existing customers to get this? I'm guessing probably not.

You just phone and asked to be put on this deal. I think you might be able to do it through the app as well but not sure! iD Mobile normally does the rounds maybe he can explain the tethering situation as well officially 'no' but you will not be kicked off if you do. P.S still waiting for szaman do do his round has he noticed the plusnet deal!

Been with them for over an year... While the signal and speed is as good as 3, it is slightly (and i mean slightly) patchy as compared to EE... though much much cheaper... Customer service is really good though I had to call just once regarding their mobile app...

Awful company to deal with. Final bill was £5 more than it should be then when I tried to contact them you can't get through. They sent debt collectors letters then.
