It probably would - but they would only replace like for like anyway. So you'd be swapping crap for more crap. You wouldn't be getting the right levels of power for the GPU and CPU draw depending on what you're using the computer for. I would also imagine that individual parts are not covered in the warranty so after 12 months of them shovelling crap onto you, it then becomes entirely your problem.

300W PSU for a GTX 1080 LOL? This is going to get hot, so hot it might even explode!

The full HP spec sheet listed above says 500W, Currys is probably wrong.

Not only the CPU. Pre-built rigs like this one usually suffer from 'less than bronze' quality power supplies meaning that those usually have to be replaced almost straight away... That adds another £100+ onto the build almost immediately.
I consider this price and this build to be about average.

Cheap for those specific components, but I'm not convinced it's a good deal in terms of performance per £.
If it'd been a K processor & mobo, perhaps, but a straight 6700 is trumped by a far cheaper Ryzen setup.

Agree, the CPU is disappointing in this build compared to the rest of it.

it's unlikely a company like HP or Dell will offer a K series. They would be replacing systems left right and centre for amateurs frying cpus.

The one posted was only a 1 off, the deal will need adjusting. Also there are only 3 available for £1,049.98.
Otherwise OOS. :P

CPU isn't as important for gaming. This CPU won't cause any issues for many years. I'm running an i5 3570k still plays pretty much anything without issue. 980gtx

Disappointing but at least its a reasonably decent recent i7. Spec wise its definitely on the money though - although recent dealing with currys puts me off.
