You have to go via the prime day page. Follow the link at the top of the Amazon page and then search for fitbit. Your first result should be at the lower price.

Bought one yesterday at standard price. Stupid move, I know. What are Amazon like at getting a price difference refund without returning and reordering ? Worth asking politely ?

They prob wont refund difference, what I've done in past is buy now at the reduced price and return the full price one for full refund.
