It last went hot over a month ago, and hot posts earn more click-through revenue for the hukd owners, so not that strange really.

it doesn't get much heat because :
1-it was posted multiple times before
2-this games was a lazy attempt and no where near as good as Fallout 3
3-there are so many better games to play at this point.

I was exactly the same. Still can't get over how great this deal is. Perhaps one of the best games out right now. The steelbook and postcards make this one that little bit sweeter.
