Had this in my Amazon wish list for quite a while, and I originally added at price £225, so this latest price is amazing. Plenty of YouTube videos for this helmet and making critical comparison with others, so you pays your money and takes your choice. Always wanted a decent Stormtrooper Helmet and this is perfect for me. Ordered from Amazon yesterday and is being delivered today.
Thanks OP, mine came today too and all in mint condition!

@STUkrugen Tbh you don't really notice the joints , well I don't anyway but the battery compartment at the back is a problem if you want authenticity, like you say , go for this if you want authenticity but if you're on a budget go for the black series

I have the black series one and I am very pleased for the price I paid (£35 ) [got some bizarre deal on it a while ago through Zavvi]
Compared to this one I can imagine a different material is probably used ,the black series one feels like a toy but still looks great (the included vocir changer emphasises the toy element , although it's rubbish, but I don't use it , for display purposes only)
Probably can't go wrong either way , just depends how much you want to spend (this one looks slightly more authenic/real/less toy like)

The thing that worried me a little about the Black Series was the fact that it is in a couple of parts and there is a definite and sometimes slightly ill fitting join. Some reviewers worried about it not fitting together soundly. Plus the back of it has the vent and compartment for the batteries, but it does have plus points for sure. For authenticity then out of the two the EFX wins hands down for me. Like I say, it depends on your budget and requirements.

What's the difference between this and the black series one?

Like I said, YouTube has videos on this, both individually and side by side. Usually there is also around £100-£150+ price difference which is definitely what swayed me to this EFX bargain, but usually you wouldn't really be comparing a £60 helmet with a £160+ helmet because they are obviously completely different budgets. With EFX you get a certificate of authenticity - 'This is not a Toy' and' 'Full Scale Replica' - 'Based on original helmet from the LucasFilm archives' so if this stuff matters then that would sway your choice. I have never seen the Black Series one, other than in videos,it's also from a different Star Wars era so has some 'enhancements', and I was seriously considering it under £50 because of the decent reviews, but the EFX to me is a no brainer at this price just because its apparently original Star Wars screen accurate, which matters to me casually collecting memorabillia.

I wouldn't be surprised if the orders are cancelled, this seems too good to be true for a £250 collectible. Nice find though and thanks for the heads up.
