I've been looking at these for a while but wouldn't pay the price. Spotted it in wilko at £24.99 and decided to wait and get it tomorrow. Went to B&M and it was only £14.99 so grabbed one.

My grandma got one of these last year and it's one of those things where you thing "why the hell didn't someone think of this sooner!?" Kudos to whoever came up with the glass front idea. Hot for price, hotter for person who thought of such a simple solution

It propably won't get as hot as the toaster itself. It's a brilliant looking toaster, but had to return it because it gets too hot to touch and toastes very unevenly. It only has heating elements at the top and bottom and the centre of the toast doesn't get toasted. Plus is only 900W.

I had the exactly the same thing on my Daewoo Lanos car, it had a see through floor. I think I had a limited edition Flintstones model.

Sorry I pressed send before I meant to. It's £14.99 in B&M. It's still £29.99 on Amazon so a bit of a bargain. I've made the kids have beans on toast for tea just so I can play with it.

May be best if you edit your OP.
And yes it is a bargain if it is what you want.
I usually just wait for the smell of burning and then I know my toast is ready

Let us know if the inside stays clean that's what's putting me off buying one.
