Looking to replace my HP 2.0 USB powered speakers with something with a bit more oomf. Found them originally in Argos for £39.99, but after a bit of searching also on creative's own site as a special offer. Quite tempted

They are very well reviewed at £40, and I can't find cheaper than £30 (they even seem to be $50 in the US) so if you don't need the extra bass (and wires) from a sub, I'd say: GO FOR IT !

I have the Creative T40 II's, great speakers, they were £80 and worth it, I'm not sure if the T10 is any good, I don't think I'd like to go much less than these, music would suffer, just my opinion on these, they may be great!
I had these before, not worth the price, starts cracking at higher volumes

If you sign up for the newsletter you get an additional £10 off, so this will make them £29.99 including shipping. (y)
Ignore me, you have to spend £69 for the code to apply. Sorry folks.

I have the Creative Gigaworks T20 series 2 - and I can only speak of Creative's high build quality and amazing performance.
Creative speakers usually kick ass aurally-speaking so definitely heat added, but as with anything: pre-purchase researching reviews are your friend.

I have these and have had the same set since they came out. I did start to get crackles off the volume knob after several years - but a bit of a clean with contact cleaner sorted that. I would not hesitate at this price.

Cold for me, Picked the same pair up from Maplin last year for £30. No discount codes, no offers.
Edit: Nope sorry mine are the T15 with Bluetooth, so even colder from me.

Whatever your thoughts on his comment, you cant get away from the fact this is a fake deal as they are £5 cheaper from Amazon.
You're not Donald Trump are you by any chance?

Please don't listen to any of the comments here, I have had these speakers for around 7 years, they have been amazing, most people don't play their audio at max volume, and they're plenty loud at even 50% volume. I have only had to replace the power supply once so they have been solid.
BUT, most important of all is the sound quality, compared to bookshelf speakers and a receiver with a total value of £450, I honestly prefer the quality of sound on these, please turn the tone dial round to the quarter past position, as when its in the middle at the 12 o'clock position, the audio does sound a tiny bit muffled. At least try these speakers, if the quality is anywhere near like the pair I have, you will NOT be disappointed.
Blazingly Hot!!!

I've had my original T20 speakers for 10 years now... Can't believe its been so long. They are just as good as new, and I would only replace them with the same.
Such excellent sound quality from creative speakers. I'm voting hot, although I haven't personally used the T10 set.

Jeez - I despair of this site nowadays.
Previous two comments - read this VERY carefully - They are available £5 cheaper from Amazon - this is not a deal ,,,,,,,
You are not voting on how good they are - you are (supposed to be) voting on the deal.
And as for voting based on a different item bought ten years ago .... word fail me.

I purchased a set of these T10's around a year ago to boost my tv speakers.
Great speaker for the price, sound good which is the main thing.

No - its not the main thing..
The clue is in the title - Hot and Deal. It being a deal is the main thing.
This isnt.

Any other item and I would agree but IMO even at double the price I would happily buy these speakers, I certainly paid more for mine.

So what you are saying effectively, is that we should post anything on this site that is good quality - price is irrelevant .......

Sorry - I was seriously tempted until I saw the £10 P&P. Stone cold for me.

You can find far better speaker systems for the price on CEX, granted used but they have a 24 month warranty, these: https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SSPELOGZ313 for example, which are probably better.

From the original comment, i think relating to the time machine he was meaning that i couldn't have got the speakers at the price i did.
