Just pick these up from Aldi in Ely. Mens and Womens in stock. Not sure if it is nationwide.

I checked my local store, couldn't find any of the running shoes, they did have a load of similar looking Crane walking shoes at full price of £14.99. Hopefully they'll be reduced soon.

Wish they rated running shoes as to how fast they are compared to others, like rating them from tortoise to Usain Bolt?

Think it's worth spending the extra money and getting your gait analysed at a dedicated running store. I didn't bother and ended up paying for an osteopath as well as a decent pair when the standard trainers I used didn't give me enough support and badly sprained my ankle...

These are top running shoes worn by the head of team GB head of physio. Seen on TV review programme. He said if they fit and are comfortable then ware and run in them. No evidence that a pair costing £100 is any better. All just foam, nylon and rubber.

Are they any good? Understand they aren't 100 quidders but for general odd gym sessions etc
