good case i bought mine for 80 or 90 a while back i like the form factor i still think the side could hold a dvd drive

I bought this last week, absolutely loved it but my MSI GTX 1070 didnt fit so had to take it back. Nightmare.

The only problem I have with this seems to be a lot of wasted space on the bottom level, leaving room for a tiny cpu cooler (obviously you will go for a water cooler but too noisy for me) I will stick with my Thermaltake V1 (even though I had to take a hacksaw to it to make room for the GPU power cables)

I've got this case in white with a water-cooled i7 4790 and nvidia 1080Ti. It has plenty of room for a modern gaming PC without taking up much space.
I like the cubed nature of this case because it hides all the ugly stuff like the psu, hard drives and cabling behind the motherboard tray so the innards look nice and tidy through the side window

Thats actually where I first found the deal but went direct to see if the white was available for the same price and to check stock levels. It seems there's plenty of black ones in stock and only a few white in the uk so the white is still near full price. I've actually got two SG13WB-Q cases on back order from Amazon for £29.99 each but can't decide between the two cases. I think I'll stay with the sg13.
I was so close to getthing this, Been liking it for ages but I ended up getting the corsair 400c. THis was too much of a cube for my limited space. Have some heat OP!

I'm looking to build a PC from scratch now. The case looks good but with it being micro does it mean it's small for a good gaming PC

not these days, case appears to take full size everything but mainboard, nice looking unit at this price, not sure i would pay rrp tho.
if the specs are right the amount of drives this can hold would make it a nice little server/nas case..

Nope, mATX is perfectly fine. It sits in-between the full sized ATX and the smallest mITX motherboard form factors, and is regarded by a lot of people as the ideal balance of size and features. Likewise the cases built for mATX are generally a great mix of compact size, expandability options and ease of working in the case.
Besides, there's not really such a thing as "too small" for a gaming PC these days. I've got a Core i7, GTX 1070 and 16GB of RAM crammed into a case the size of a large shoebox.

You may be better off looking for a Mid Tower case. This Micro case is great if that's what you need - space saving and so on.
A Mid size case will allow you a greater choice of motherboards including special offers, will be easier to work in, have space for more fans and better cooling and likely more flexibility for future upgrade choices.
