This is the usual price however still lower than promotions in any supermarket.

Yes Kerrygold is best for me , especially when the Tesco price mentioned here....although Lidl Lurpak copy Danepak is 79p for 500g next weekend which is stupendous value

To be honest when I went in today I expected it to be 1.79 cause this is what I paid for it last time but I guess recent inflation is doing the job. I don't really believe it's 2.6%. In real terms prices have gone up more that 10-15%. Coca cola used to be often on promo last year 2 for 2. Now you can't find it lower than 2 for 2.50. Sad times for bargain hunters.

Clover is only bettered by Lurpak, you'll never get a 1kg Lurpak for under £2 so this is a good deal. It's also £2 at Asda for 1kg and at Morrisons £1 for 500g, so you win by a penny! :laughing:

Clover is yuk. Kerrygold is nice and often £1.75/500g in tesco.
