Clarks outlet (Clarks village Street) had lots of pairs of these Hoxton Chap boy shoes reduced to £10 but are also on their Multibuy offer where you get a second pair for £2, making these £12 for 2 pairs of leather school shoes! I saw sizes 3-6 1/2 so hopefully this is useful to someone - I refuse to spend £40+ on full price Clarks shoes as it's just not worth it!
It's madness - the prices in these outlet centres yo-yo so much! Even within the same store but a few weeks apart. These weren't in the same area as the rest of the offer so I didn't know until I got to the till that they were on offer... a bit naughty really!

Good price. I've found that prices differ from each outlet store. I live closest tho they Woolwich branch and what I got there for £12 cost £22 in the Birmingham Perry Barr branch.
