I just activated mine on Steam, and can confirm that it works perfectly. The game costs £49.99 on the Steam Store currently.

I've had this since new. Must be honest it's not a lot different and tbh boring. Played it once
I have had hundreds of hours playing Civ V and yet only 21 playing this one. Not sure why but it just doesn't interest me the same.
Heat added for the deal but, IIRC, there is a demo out to try for the PC and I would recommend that first.

In the same boat, not sure why I can't get into it. Loved Civ5 spent over 300 hours playing it, so far done 12 in Civ 6.
Maybe it's the graphical style it feels like a f2p android game.
