No, because i like the honey finish.
Anyway, i have other boots to wear in the winter. I have a pair of black Cat boots, these i waterproof with dubbin and use black boot polish on. Although even these still aren't totally waterproof.
For boots that are as waterproof as wellies, see the link i put up in post 12 for the Gortex lined army boots. But many good quality hiking boots are totally waterproof as well.

I'm a big fan of Cat boots, been wearing them for years.....
But these will soak up water like a sponge, not what i would use for winter boots..... Good price for Cats tho.
