I went to collect mine and the watch had been sent in a normal Casio Edifice box, not the black limited edition one.
They have arranged for the box to be sent separately to the store, luckily the place it was sent from still has the box and hopefully the contents that should have come with the watch.

Mine arrived today in a jiffy bag!, looks like it had been previously opened and watch handled.
