You need to make sure BT actually send it after claiming for it once you are connected. I'm still waiting for mine ordered on 19th May!

I think you will find that the BT reward card offer finishes at 2359 TONIGHT!
There is a post on here from a week ago.
I've just signed up and my quidco has tracked at £130 as I also added the £10 entertainment TV option. If it goes through I'll be VERY happy!

I would advise use topcashback rather than quidco. Quidco love to refuse a valid claim.

I had BT for a year, they were awful, I wouldn't use them even if it was free. Still, I won't vote cold as it may work fine for some people.

They do not seem interested in keeping customers at the moment, tried to negotiate a rentention deal for my neighbour but they only offered a £2 discount to stay with them!Tried a few times so looking at the talktalk deal for my neighbour, free sky sports for 18 months and £20 cheaper than BT.

I ordered the BT infinity with line rental deal £29.99 pm £34.99 activation and £150 MasterCard and £90 TCB. I worked out it costs me £12.90pm. That excellent I thought with infinity. Took advantage of this under partners name last year.
Bt retention was rubbish offered me a crappy deal but was advised to take out under my name to get this deal.
So Im happy for the next year

How does it work ordering in another name? Do you have to cancel the line as if you're moving out? Thanks
sparkler2016 to Zebsy
28 Jul 17#25
If your moving then yes. But if in same address its a new contract under new name. No line fees for installation apply

I am also interested in knowing this. Also, is there any way around it if I have no other name to use? Eg. could I maybe put an (unintentional) typo in and use a different bank account perhaps?

BT run searches against your credit file so wouldn't advise the typo

Received BT reward card yesterday, setup and £200 showing on there website, the £80 quidco still pending, line is only good for 58mbs so getting max sync on my package, does all i need. reliable and everything including 4k netflix is working fine, about 6.3 to 6.5mb a second download, very happy and everything went smooth.

How exactly did you go about ordering this? Did the new surname take over the existing line and phone number?
sparkler2016
29 Jul 17#28
I simply signed up on line under my name. Put my own account details. They generated a new telephone number and gave me the activation date.

Order the same package in late July and due to activate at the end of the month, however the offer wasn't as good as this. Can I cancel the order and re-order again? Has anyone done this before?
