Reviews - the main gripe people have with this roof box is the instructions on assembling it, which is supposed to be difficult. However someone has posted a YouTube video on putting it together which could be helpful.
Mine finally arrived (400 Ltr) this week after ordering it on the 22nd July - All put together I can't get it to latch at the moment - need to tinker with the alignment - other things: 1. Surprised that there is no hinge on the back edge so when you raise it you are literally bending the plastic :astonished: 2. I was 1 washer short - I thought that was pretty impressive :smile: 3. Instructions are not written particularly well, you have to read them very slowly as each step has about 8 things to do at the same time :grin: The 415 Litre is HUGE! Seriously, I should have taken a measuring tape out before I ordered it - it'll be perfect (on our estate) but the smaller one would have been too!

Just a quick update I ordered mine on the 26th July. I had an email a day before the estimated dispatch saying
'We are really sorry
to have to let you know that due to overwhelming demand for car accessories,
your order has been further delayed. We will be back in touch by email to
confirm your new delivery date.' I am thinking I wont get it in time for when I need it at this rate!

Ordered mine on 21st July. Given 2nd as delivery. Got one email to say it had been delayed. Tesco rang through to the suppliers last week who gave a delivery date for tomorrow (8th August) and that i would get an email today to confirm. Nothing received. Tesco have no idea what is going on other than to apologise and say there is a backlog. Its been marked on tracking as awaiting dispatch for well over a week now....Tesco's communication on this has been diabolical!!!! Quick enough to take your money though....

Ordered one on 19th July with a delivery date of 29th. 2 days before delivery I received an email stating delivery has been delayed, no reason or new date given. Had an email and a phone call on 31st informing me that it would be definitely bedelivered the following day. Nothing. Tesco direct customer service department are sympathetic and apologetic but have no idea what is going on. The supplier has been blamed, the carrier has been blamed yet no one at Tesco wants to take responsibility, least of all Tesco direct customer support team who apparently liase with suppliers but do not speak to the customer who has paid for the item. Personally I reackon Tesco were selling roof boxes that were never in stock. It's a disgraceful way to conduct business.

Mine said estimated delivery 5th August but I am thinking that means nothing judging by the comments :disappointed:

Still waiting for mine ordered 19th July...not such a bargain if it never arrives. Tesco have told me today they are having huge problems with supplier and can't even tell me when delivery will be...just keep apologising
