I don't know why, but I am always suspicious of all the glowing 5 star reviews Anker stuff gets. The speakers are ok, but nothing amazing.
£32 seems about right, tbh.
One thing to be aware, some have reported issues of audio ramping up and down due to an overly aggressive audio filter.
I'm alaways the same with those reviews, but I bought one of these for £28 on prime day to take on holidays etc (got sonos all over the house at home). I was actually really impressed with the sound out of this little thing and to be honest had I paid full price I don't think I'd have been disappointed either. Worth a purchase and if you do think it's pap, send it back as Amazon are great for things like that.

Yea I agree, as with most reviews on Amazon, but whilst it's the lowest price, it's worth a go

I bought 5 of the sound core (not 2) from a market seller few days ago for £2.36 each. I know it is a long shot but they have been dispatched from USA and if they don't arrive Amazon will refund

Suspect it's less of a long shot and more of a scam of some sort - there's been dozens of similar low price items appear from US marketplace sellers recently - no idea how the scam would work, as presumably Amazon will eventually refund assuming the items don't turn up as they never existed in the first place.
This might shed some light on how the scam would work.
That's the missus birthday sorted, bought the case too - thanks op

You could buy the Kitsound Hive 2 for £25.71 as an alternative... blue or yellow.

The deal appeared on HUKD for few minutes then was marked as a spam and removed

I agree it may be a spam but I also managed to bag 3 of the hdmi adapters which were posted here for free , RRP £15, from a market seller and received all the three. As for the sarcastic comments...they can f**** off

I saw this on Prime day at £27 and have been wanting it since then (should've ordered). This isn't too far away! Got a few Anker products. The quality is superb.
